Taking the Challenge!
The Key to making changes to how your body looks and feels is consistency. We all know that you are more likely to work out when you create a plan and stick to it. That’s why we created the Tough Lotus Challenge. It’s a four week course that is all about improving strength! We use three measurements of muscle endurance weeks 1, 3 and 4. At the end of the course, we figure out the percentage of individual improvement. The most improved percentage is enrolled in the following month for FREE. A little incentive for giving your all! It’s not about where you are, but where you are going! It’s up to you and the effort you put in.
The Tough Lotus Challenge begins the first Tuesday of each month.
