Tough Lotus’ Refund/Cancellation Policy

Refund Policy
LIMITED REFUND/CANCELLATION POLICY (see User Class Cancellation below). Tough Lotus reserves the right to do this because Tough Lotus hires instructors based on class registration.

User Class Cancellation:
To cancel a class and receive a 100% refund or to reschedule a class, Users MUST at least 48 hours prior to the beginning of the class by clicking on the link at the bottom of the booking confirmation email. Any users that fail to comply with the above guidelines are ineligible for a refund and/or reschedule in any capacity. Users paying prorated fees are NOT eligible for refunds.

User No Show
If the User does not show up to the registered class and does not meet the criteria for the User Class Cancellation Policy, no refund or reschedule will be issued, unless the User meets the Medical Emergencies Criteria outlined in this Agreement.

Cancellation of Classes by Tough Lotus:
Tough Lotus reserves the right to cancel any class if a minimum number of people (3) have not registered. Earliest notification will be given by Tough Lotus and any user will be given a full refund or the option to reschedule.

Facility Closure/Instructor Illness:
If a facility is closed causing Tough Lotus to cancel a class, or if an instructor is ill and a substitute cannot be found, you will be notified by email immediately (if you are a registered class member). If possible, a make-up will be scheduled or you will be directed to attend any comparable class as a make-up.

Medical Emergencies:
In cases of medical emergencies, a refund will be issued to the user when a medical certificate or physician’s letter is presented.

Package cancellations:
Packages that have not yet been redeemed may be refunded within 30 days of purchase.  Packages that have been partially used are not eligible for a refund without a medical certificate or letter from attending pyhsicians.
